He is charged with two counts each of possession, possession with intent to delivery and delivery of oxycodone in the cafe.

The arrest followed a two-month investigation by the District Attorney's Narcotics Enforcement Team into illegal drug sales and liquor code violations at the bar, which was closed last Thursday by the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement because it did not have a valid operating license.

Drew W. Keele, 26, of Carnegie, was charged Sunday with recklessly endangering another person and discharging a gun into an occupied structure after, police said, the loaded gun he was cleaning accidentally discharged and the bullet went through the wall into an adjoining residence.

John Sippio, 48, of Carnegie, was charged Nov. 1 with criminal trespass, burglary, theft and criminal mischief after a Nov. 1 burglary in the 500 block of East Main Street, police said.

John A. Harlan, 20, of Carnegie, was charged Oct. 26 with corruption of a minor in connection with an Oct. 15 incident at his house that involved a female juvenile, police said.

Gary H. Hills Jr., 33, of Brookline, was charged Oct. 27 with retail theft at the Family Dollar store, Broadway Street.

Lacey Rabinek, 19, of Carnegie, was charged Oct. 26 with retail theft at the Family Dollar store, Broadway Street.

A purse containing $64 and several credit cards were stolen from a locked car that had its passenger side window broken Oct. 28 in Rennerdale Highlands. The following items were taken from three unlocked vehicles: $10 in change, CDs worth $30 and a $150 iPod; a $100 Garmin Nuvi; and a $100 Coach wallet containing some credit cards, one of which was used fraudulently.

Jamus McCormick, 23, of Mount Oliver, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana after an attempted vehicle theft at Motel 6 on Steubenville Pike, police said.
